Certainteed window won't stay up.

The Certainteed window has one coil on each side. The sash weighs 20 lbs. The sash is approximately 37" x 29.5".

What coil do I need?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your coil springs and the pivot shoe that they attach to removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you. Thank you!

The photos shown are from the right side.

The assembly from the left side is completely missing and needs total replacement.
