The 4 double hung windows that face West in our home all need to have the springs and pivots replaced (total of 16 each). Do you have these parts available? Ply-gem windows, which took over the warranty for Certainteed, have not responded to multiple attempts to find a service person in the Salt Lake City area. I am ready to attempt to repair them myself. Please let me know if you have these products available.

Hi there!
We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
As for your pivot bar, we'll also need to see it removed from your window to compare to our inventory.
