Certainteed windows NC XT May, 2002

Question

Window became stuck and would not move up or down.  I probably should replace the hardware shown in the picture.  I want to make sure that I buy the correct hardware.  Do you have a video showing the correct procedure to replace these parts?

Please review the 15-192 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

The coil springs should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. Also see the 15-157 balance drum and 15-156 cover. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
