Certainties garden widows crank and latch

Need to replace these two parts for casement windows which is part of a garden window.. Installed in 2003

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. The crank handle reminds me of the 39-226 which has a 5/16" pro drive hex. As for the broken lever, can you show us a photo of the lock? We'd like to see the "fork" or whatever piece that locks the window.
