Chaging channels in the windows

A home owner from Brandon, FL says:

I bought the new channels from you according to the directions per you tube video and measurements. The channels fit great. The top if the windows have a plastic piece that is broken on one side. The right side is not catching on the channel.
I am hoping you can figure out what the name of this piece is and I will buy 4.
