Champion Sash Pivot Bars

Question

The pivot sash bars on the top sash of our kitchen window (Champion) are both damaged and not working. On one side the screw is missing as well. I'm attaching a picture. If you have them, we need two replacement pieces with screws.

We have been trying to get Champion out here for over a year even though they do charge $90.00 for a two minute repair.

Take a look and compare the dimensions listed on the 26-068 product page to your pivot bar. There is no one screw that will work for this repair so I would recommend bringing one of the original screws to a local hardware store so that they can match up a replacement for you. Thank you!
