I bought a 95-015 3/6"x5/32" window tilt key on 3/1 and bought one too deep. My dimensions seem accurate, based on how well it lines up, but I think I need 1/8" deep instead of 5/32"
Do you have anything like this?

We do not have a corner key with your exact dimensions. However take a look at the 95-008 and 95-009, which are a little closer to the 1/8" dimension you need. Also see the 95-209 self locking corner.
Another thought would be to file down the thickness of the 95-015 tilt corner. I have done this in the past when I could not get the exact size corner I needed. Parts for storm sash are becoming harder to come by since people are choosing vinyl replacement windows more and more. That may be your best bet. Just understand that parts altered in that way cannot be returned for a refund.
