Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 21-7/8" which is what makes it custom. However, we won't be able to move forward without a photo of the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord. That's a very vital detail. We recommend checking the balance on the other side of the window for an intact hook.
