Chanel balance

Hello,
I need replacement window channel balances for my PGT non-impact single-hung window (approximately 25 years old), and also the top sash guides you see on the pictures.
The marking on the metal channel reads: 17-1-PA BSI.The metal channel measures 18 inches long (metal-to-metal, not including fittings).
The top attachment matches your 19-005 top guide, and the bottom shoe matches your 15-001 (flared, winged shoe).
Please quote me for:(2) 18" channel balances stamped 17-1-PA (BSI)with 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom fittings.
And please can you double check those are the series of the top and bottom fittings. 
I’ve attached reference photos of the existing balance and attachments.
