Thanks for posting! This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-30 or the S385-30. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to measure your shoe.

The 2990 stamp on your balance does not cross-reference with our stamps. You'll need to confirm the exact weight of your window sash to identify the stamp option. There is a chart below the product description of the balances that lists the weight ranges each stamp will support.
