Chanel balance replacement

Question

I need to replace four Chanel balances for my two non tilt windows. The only numbers I see on the Chanel balance is 17 2 JU CMC 2. The Chanel measurements are 1/2" wide by 18" long.  I only measured the metal piece of the Chanel balance.

Hello!

It looks like you have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances. The best match for your repair will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown below. You will also need to select the 1720 strength option based on your stamp.
