Not sure what part to order. On the balancer is stamped 26 5 CS CALDWELL. The length is 27".

Please help.

Hello there, Nick.

We can help with this but I'm afraid the stamp on the balance's metal channel doesn't help us identify it. May we see photos of the top and bottom fittings? I can make a recommendation once I have that.

Perfect! Thank you for the additional photos. I recommend our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown in the image below to see which Series you'll need for this repair. Based on your 26 5 stamp, you will also need to select the 2650 spring strength option.
