Change out pull handles and install keyed lock

A quick learner from NJ says:
I want to change out the pull handles with new ones with a keyed lock. The current one does not have a keyed lock and I never done this before. Which one will I need?
The distance between the screws is 4 inches.Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. I would like to order ASAP

Hello! If you just wanted to add a key lock to your existing handle set, then you can use our 82-315. The video at the end of this post will show you how this works.

If you just wanted an overall update, then our 82-086 Legacy lockset will be compatible with your door and mortise.
