Change steel wheel to nylon

I own a boat in the Florida Gulf region. Rust and corrosion are my permanent enemies.

I just bought the 81-090 roller and the 81-228 nylon wheel / Now how do get this wheel off the roller and install the nylon one?

I just took a look at our 81-090 roller. I'm afraid you can't swap out the axle because it is fixed to the wheel. You will need to purchase the 81-304 Axle to install the 81-228 wheel after drilling the old one out.
