Change to Keyed Handle Set

Hey. I took my handle out of the door and I want to replace it with a similar handle that incorporates a lock with a key. Are the dimensions compatible with this product? Attached photos with the sizes of the handle I have now

Thanks for writing in. See our 82-081 Keyed Handle Set. Go over the dimensions, particularly the 4-15/16" hole spacing, and see if this could work for you.
