It looks like you have either the 82-211 or 82-214 Mortise Lock, depending on the thickness. The handle set is probably something like our 82-033. In that case you could adapt the 82-310 Key Lock to the outside pull by removing the punchout in the outside pull to install the key cylinder. Let me know if you have any further questions.
