Changing out hinges

Hello I am looking to change out my old hinges with new ones. My old antique ones have 2 sets of numbers on them. The first one is 7553-5 and the other one is 7548-2. I want satin nickel ones. Please help. Thank you

I see you were looking at our Partial Wrap Hinge Kit, the 32-147. This is indeed the closest match we have. Let me know if you think you can adapt this to your cabinet.
