Chann window balance

Question

I have 2 windows where the channel balances have slid dow. One seems to be broken. Markings are 2730 with BSI

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. The stamp on your balance isn't a part number though, so we'll need more information to ID your hardware. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us photos? We'd like to see the top and bottom fittings specifically.
