Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us a few photos? We'd like to see the top and bottom fittings, along with the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord.

Thanks! Take a look at the S380-15, S385-15, and S378-15 with the 1430 stamp option. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches up best.
