Question

I need to replace the channels on my window, attached are pictures of the channel I need to replace.  I sent pictures last week as follow-up and haven't heard back, I was not sure if you got the information requested so I am sending a new message.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you had a previous discussion with Lauren, where she requested additional photos of your hardware. I can help you from there, though. Your old balance style is no longer available, but the manufacturer has recommended a comparable replacement option, which is a newer style and should install and function the same.

Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace? We can get the ball rolling once we have that.
