A home owner from Frederick Md says:
Can you help me identify these channel balances?

They look to be ~37" long.

Could we have you remove the balance and send us photos of the entire balance showing both ends? Also when measuring your channel balance, you want to make sure you are measuring from metal to metal excluding the nylon pieces. Could we also have you type out the stamping that appears on your balance? I believe I know what the number is, but I just want to make certain. Thank you.

A home owner from Frederick Md says:
Forgot to take a pick of the entire balance. Its only a straight channel. Nothing of signifigance besides the ends.

It's 37" metal to metal.

Here are pics of the other sides of the ends.

It is stamped with:

"36 4 AO Caldwell"

Thanks for the added photos. See either our S380-37 or S385-37. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 36 4 conforms to our stamp option of 3640, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 30 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
