Channel Balance

I need help identifying replacement window balances please. See attached picture. The stamp on the balance is 28C. What is odd about this balance is that the string attaches to the window frame with a screw. I hope you can help.

Hello, Chris. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on these photos. In order to make a recommendation, I will need to see an undamaged version. I specifically need to see the pivot shoe, which is a vital detail. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Thank you so much! These photos are a huge help. Looks like you have the old skinny tilt channel balance, which we designate as the Series 752. We can supply these, but they have to be a custom order as they are not a stock configuration.

Thankfully these new photos tell me everything I need to know to get started. can you just tell me how many you needed to buy? Once I have a count, I'll email you a custom purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
