The metal part of the balance is 31 3/4 in length.
It is a 1/2" width

Hi there, Michael.
This isn't the Series 380. What you have here is called an extended travel channel balance which has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel. In addition to this, the metal channel should measure 31-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
In the meantime, can you tell me how many balances you're looking to order?
