Channel Balance

Question

I need help identifying the right channel balance to order. The closest I found was S370. The bottom shoe looks like an exact match, but the top doesn't quite match because it has wings. Here are some pictures attached below. Total length is 25", channel is 1/2" and tension/weight is 2430. (Note: the exact marking is 2430Q)

Your top balance fitting resembles the non-winged 19-011. See the specifications below to confirm. If so, we can supply the replacement balances that you need but it will need to be a custom order since none of our stock options come with this top fitting. To get started, we would need you to confirm the exact depth of your bottom fitting. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
