Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. We can't make out accurate dimensions from photos but make sure to measure the overall depth as shown below, including the wings since the actual measuring tape starts behind the metal tab. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need to locate the stamp code on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. The depth is 7/8" and the stamp says "3635 BSI". I also weighed the window and it is 22.5 lbs. I'm planning on ordering that for about 18 windows. Do you have the smaller bottom attachment?

Thanks for following up with your additional information. We'd be happy to supply replacement balances with the 19-005 top and 7/8" deep 15-029 bottom fitting but it would need to be a custom order. You would also need a 3630 strength option to support a window sash between 18-23 lbs. We would just need you to confirm the number of balances that you'd like to start with, with the minimum being two. I would also recommend confirming that your metal channel measures 37" long, not including the end fittings.
