No tabs on bottom fitting and it's not riveted to the channel. It's depth .375" in the direction shown is smaller than the channel depth .625".

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can provide you with the replacement balances you need, however there is just one detail I'll need to confirm before we can move forward.
The lengths of these balances are typically a whole number measurement. Are you certain that the length of your metal channel is 25-3/4"? Also, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp from your balance, so I'll need to know the exact weight of the window to confirm the correct stamp. The stamp is what indicates the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support your sash.

Perfect, thank you for double checking that for me. That makes things a lot easier.
With a 25" metal channel and a 16.4 pound sash, I recommend our S751-25 with a 24R stamp option. Two balances with this stamp can carry 10 through 18 pounds, so it should be perfect for your application.
