These are non-tilt windows with channel balances. Window weight is 20 pounds. Mental ONLY length is 33 inches. Pictures attached. Please advise if you need any additional information. Six windows are involved. It would seem prudent to replace all (12) balances as the home is 22 years old and the balances have never been replaced.

Take a look at the S380-33 and S385-33 channel balances. One of these looks like what you need but the best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below.
Your 32 4 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds but you said your window weighs 20 pounds. Did you ever have issues opening and closing the window? If so, you may want to go with the 3230 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23 pounds.
