Channel Balance

Question

Hey! I am looking for a proper part for my window. The issue is that the wire has been broken inside and in order to fix that I need to replace the whole channel balance. Your assistant is much appreciated.

Hi Artem,

Your window balance can be replaced with either the S351-21 or the S390-21 Channel Balance. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to confirm the correct series.

The 2040 stamp option should work for your window but it would be advised to double check that the sash weight falls between 15 to 23lbs.
