There's a stamp that says 24 2 JJ CALDWELL. The length of the metal channel is 25"

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but we would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel. Additionally, can you measure the bottom shoe's depth and tell us what you find?

Thanks for your quick response. Here's some pictures of the picture of the inner spring connection. The bottom shoe depth is 1 1/8" deep.

Thank you kindly! I recommend the S380-25 or S385-25 channel balances. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. If your shoe is over 1" deep, you likely have the S385-25 with the 2420 stamp option.
