Thanks for contacting us. We can replace these balances, but they'll have to be a special order. They're also a bit weird. You see, these are asymmetrical balances for a hinged window. What this means is that the right balance is different from the left balance. One side has a 19-008 top and 15-025 bottom nylon fitting, while the other side has a 19-008 top and NO bottom fitting at all. Looking at your photos, this seems to be consistent with your window.

What's more is that each balance will also have a different stamp. So what I'll need from you is to tell me what each stamp on each balance reads, then which stamp has both the top and bottom fitting and which stamp has just the bottom fitting. Finally, tell me how many of each you need.

Once I have this information, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the desired quantity.
