Channel Balance 26D

A quick learner from Deltona, FL says:
Could you possibly recommend the proper balance replacement for this broken balance. 26D is press stamped on the old one. The window is 4 feet wide and quite heavy. Thank you in advance for your response and have a swell day.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! We can certainly help, but I'll need more information. The stamp you gave us isn't used to identify the balance Series, it just indicates the calibration of the spring.

In order to ID the balance, I'll need you to remove it from the window and show me a clear picture of the top end and another picture of the bottom end. Please make sure you're showing us an undamaged balance. It's very difficult to properly identify broken hardware, so seeing an undamaged part up front will make things a lot easier.
