Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-29 channel balance to your assembly. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need since your stamp code is from an outdated system. Unfortunately, we have no way of estimating the weight of your sash but take a look at the video below that shoes the process to remove the sash. From there, you can place it on a standard bathroom scale to confirm the weight.
Thank you for your assistance. We took out the window and the weight is 33-34 lbs, so it looks like part 2860 is the correct replacement. Does that sound correct? We will order two, so they can both be replaced now.
I found a sticker at the top of the window, which I added to the post. Does this information provide any guidance on the replacement part? I didn't see a way to match these codes to what is posted on your website, but perhaps you have a way to identify the window from this sticker.

Unfortunately, the window labels do not indicate the hardware that it uses. With that being said, you'll be good to go with the S395-29 (2860) as long as the specifications and 32 to 35 lbs weight range will work for your application.
