Hello, can you help confirm the exact replacement channel balance I would need based on these pictures. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply the replacements for your balances but to narrow down the correct match I'll need to know the length of the metal channel and the depth (front to back measurement) of the bottom shoe. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Thanks so much for your quick response. The metal channel is 29" from metal to metal. The bottom shoe looks like 15/16". I will add pictures.

Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S378-29 which has a 7/8" shoe depth. I believe the 2830 stamp should work for the repair but be sure to double check that the sash weighs between 16 to 23lbs.
