Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2940 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

A home owner from Fort Myers, Florida says:
Good morning. The bottom portion of my channel balance measures 1 inch. The window is rather heavy so I would imagine it would require a stronger spring. Do you require the length of the spring to determine the strength for my replacement channel balance?

Thank you.

Based on your measurement and the 2940 stamp on your original balance, you would need the S380-30 channel balance with a 2940 strength option to support a window sash between 23 and 28 lbs. You are welcome to weigh your sash to confrim that it falls within the supported weight range if you're not sure that the original balances had the appropriate strength options.
