Channel Balance 32 5 CW CMC 10

Appreciate assistance in locating the correct balance.
I have a 1/2" x 33* channel balance for milgaard window. The code on the body of the balance states "32 5 CW CMC 10". I attached photos of the balance.

I also attached photos of the shoe and the top. The shoe images are images #2309 and #2310. I believe this is the 15-004 winged but an not entirely sure as my measurements are 1 1/8" x 15/16".

The top corresponds to images #2307 and #2308. It is 1/2 inch wide but I couldn't measure the other dimension as the top is stuck inside the channel balance. I think it might be 19-005 but would like your advice.

Just to clarify, when I order, I order the channel balance that states 3250?

On a separate note, I have another channel balance that states "32 9 JV CMC 2", also 33 inches in length with the same hardware as pictures above for the top and the foot.

I couldn't find a 3290 to order. Please advise.
