Channel Balance 3606 and NK BSI what option?

Question

Confirming part to order.
Stamped on metal- 3606 and NK BSI. Body (metal-steel) is 37" long and 1/2 inch ide.
This looks like your Series 380 with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Both top and shoe have wings.

Also, did not understand what the options were on your description sheet. Do I need them? Which one

Thanks for posting, Bob. The options are indicative of your balance's strength--that is, how heavy a sash your balance systems can support while working in tandem. This is usually determined by your stamp, but we do not have any options that correspond with your stamp of 3606. If at all possible, please tell me the weight of your window sash. You can find this out by removing the sash from your window and placing it on a scale. Let me know!
