Do I have the Series 377 Channel Balance?

See pictures attached. The stamp state g-23-3.

Non tilt. Looks like S377 but not sure.

I agree, the Series 377 looks close. This comes with the 19-018 top and 15-005 bottom. As long as those match you should be okay. If they differ in any way, though, let me know exactly how.

Is there any way to tell from the the picture (g-23-3) what stamp option to use? If not, what method should be used to determine stamp option?

Yes there is. Your stamping of "23-3" should correspond to our 2330 which holds a sash weight of 15-18 pounds. If you want to be 100% certain that is correct, you can always remove your sash and weigh it on a scale to see what you come up with.
