Aloha,
hopefully can help. We have a lot of these windows, different sizes and there are many other homes in the neighborhood with similar issues. We are about from 3 miles from the ocean, on the windward side of Maui, so there is a constant sea breeze and most metals get eaten up.
The windows are MW or MM or WM, that is the only marking on the windows. The balance is marked with a Pat.6598264 mark and 25 4, a PV and maybe something else, maybe logo.
This is particular window is 25 lbs, the sliding member. None of the windows tilt out. The channel is 1/2" wide and about 5/8 deep. The top part has wings and is almost 15/16" across the wings and about 1 1/8" deep. The shoe is 1 1/16" deep if measured from the face of the wing to the angled bottom, if measured without accounting for the wing, measuring for the body only it is 1". These measures are both at the deepest point. The channel, metal end to metal end is 25 1/8"
Hope of you have some help for us.
Thank you,
Curt
