I pulled these top and bottom guides off my 35'', 3440 channel balances. My intention is to replace the whole assembly. It appears the closest options are the
19-002 top guide and 15-003 bottom. With that said, and being that I'm replacing the whole channel balance, is it reasonable to order the series 351 even though the guides are slightly different? I need 18 pieces.
Additionally, do you carry the black caps pictured which the top guide push against?
Thanks for your help!

Are you sure that's our 15-003? That looks like our 15-001 to me, just eyeballing it. What's the depth? If it is the 15-001, then our Series 390 will be a good match.
The black cap you point out is a top sash guide. We may have a match but I can't tell what it is while it's still installed. I recommend looking at our entire selection here.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for taking a look. My shoes definitely exceed the height and depth of the 15-001 - please take a look at the attached photos. Interestingly, it doesn't appear to perfectly match with the 15-003 either but - it's closer. These balances are from 1996 and do appear to have some plastic worn away. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'm confident our 15-001 will replace this. The 1" to 1-1/16" difference won't matter, and the 1-1/8" to 1-1/16" difference is probably on account of wear. It's not uncommon for this kind of shoe to wear down a little over time from friction.
