Channel Balance

Question

Hi. I was wondering if you could help me with identifying this channel balance. Rod is1/2 wide, 28 inch long. The top guide is 1.25 long.

The bottom looks like it is broken off but is in picture #2. The last picture is of the entire rod.

I think it might be 395, 385 or 380. Can you maybe help narrowing it down?

We have come up with the S395-28 channel balance as being the possible replacement balance you will need. Carefully review our photos and compare them to a balance you may have that does not have any damage. See if this part will work. As for the option, let us know if there is a stamping or marking on the balance. If not, get back to us with the weight of your sash.
