I need to replace these and need your part number. They are stamped

28 3 CALDWELL BM

I also need to replace the take out clips.

Thanks for posting and submitting your pictures to us.

Can you give us the length of channel portion of the balance?

Moving forward, please measure the width of your bottom channel attachment take look at this chart to identify the correct replacement:

The length is 29" and the bottom attachment is 1 1/8" (15-001). Thank you.

Well, it looks like you're good to go!

Your replacement balances appear to be the Swisco S390-29 with stamp option 2830.

I suspect one of these balances is broken because the springs are different lengths and the cord on one is a lot longer. Correct? Thanks again.

I don't think that is necessarily true, because you are showing me a good one under tension, which would make the spring look longer compared to a broken balance whose spring is not under tension at all.
