Thanks for posting. This looks it might be either our S351-28 or S390-28; you'll want to confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 28" long to be certain of this. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.

Thanks. After watching several Utube videos, I was able to re-use the existing balances. The windows are a little stiff but are now working.
