Thanks for posting. This looks it might be either our S351-28 or S390-28; you'll want to confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 28" long to be certain of this. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. 

I'm afraid we don't have any affiliates in your area, but any local handyman should be able to help you with installation if you need the assistance. Also see the video below for removal and replacement details.

Thanks. After watching several Utube videos, I was able to re-use the existing balances. The windows are a little stiff but are now working.
