2090 Channel Balance

Question

I am trying to determine the correct part to order to replace my channel balances. The metal portion is 21 inches long and the channel is 1/2" wide. The bottom shoe is slightly more than 1 inch wide. The window weighs 21 lbs. The stamp reads 2090, which doesn't seem to match any of the products I saw. The closest match seemed to be the 21" series 385 balance with a 2040 stamp. Would this part work?

It looks close to me, but you'll have to confirm that the nylon fittings have the same dimensions. That's the only way to be sure.

If your sash weighs 21 pounds then our 2040 option will be perfect.
