Good evening,
I got your site from a few youtube videos. Your site is very informative. I'm trying to determine which channel balance I need to get. I have been viewing youtube videos on how to get the right channel balance. All I know for sure is that I have a 30 inch balance. As for the parts, I can't see to determine which series is compatible for my window. One of the picture has a number of 29-4. Not sure what that means. Please see the attached pictures. Your help and assistance is much appreciative. Hope to hear from you soon.

See our S385-30 with a 2940 spring strength option based on your existing 29-4 stamp. As long as your bottom attachment matches the dimension shown below, you should be in good shape. Thank you!
