Channel Balance

A home owner from Oklahoma says:
I'm not sure which channel balance series to chose. The number on my channel balance is 2830x. Which channel balance do I need?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Those stamp codes only tell us the calibration of the spring inside the balance. To know which you need, we need to see the balance out of the window. Pictures of the attachments at either end of the balance will determine its identity.

A home owner from Oklahoma says:
I have attached two new pictures of the channel balance.

Take a look at our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2830.
