32D - BSI - RJ Channel Balance

I need 2 window balances. The numbers found on existing balance: 32D - BSI - RJ
Patent 4610108 on round end piece of hardware
Has a metal hook on end of string.

I have the same balance, but it doesn't say 32D, it says 32-3-BSI-RJ. It has the same round end of hardware. Are they different?

They are different, yes. Your old stamp would correspond to our 33C stamp, which is for a 33" long balance that can support 20 through 25 pounds.

To confirm, please measure the length of your metal channel to confirm that it is, indeed, 33". I would also like you to check the width of your shoe, from "ear" to "ear." I twill be either 1" or 1-1/4". Finally, can you confirm that yours has a hook at the top instead of a screw tab?

If all that information lines up, all I need you to tell me is the quantity you wanted to purchase and we can get the ball rolling on this.
