After I submitted my question, and I check the window. I found there is hook on side. It may be related with channel balance top and bottom shoe so if I change all of them, may it be easier to find the balance. I also attached another picture to show what problem I have with balance currently. I think there may be problem with the side hook on the window, am I right?

Also, the window's hight is 23, 29, and 32 exactly same as channel balance from the top to the bottom. I hope this may be helpful.

Anyway, please let me know your thought. Thanks again.

Thanks for posting. Sounds like you need three different balances, and all of them will need to be a custom order due to their configurations. Before we go any further, can you confirm that all three balances have the same top and bottom nylon fittings and hook that you show in your first post?

Assuming that they do, I'd like you to tell me what the stamp printed on each balance is. I'd also like you to confirm the length of the metal channel in each case. They should all end in a 5/8" measurement, not 1/2" or 3/4".

Hi Tom,
The top and bottom nylon fittings are all the same for these 3 types. The measurement and stamp are following: first, 30 5/8", stamp 30 3; second, 27 5/8", stamp 27 3; third, 21 5/8", stamp 21 2. I think I also need to change the top sash guides too.

Thank you! This information is a huge help. I'll email you three order links and price quotes right now for each of the sizes requested. One thing to note is that our balances will  have little tabs on the top and bottom nylon fittings. They'll still work the same, I just don't want you to be surprised when you open the box.

Please let me know if you had any other questions.

Hi Tom,
If I also change the top sash guide all together with balance, may I switch to your currently in stock items?
Thanks

I'm afraid changing the top sash guide won't allow our stock balances to work. The reason why your balances are different than our stock balances is because of their irregular lengths and because they have extra long pulley cords. I don't believe any other type of balance will work for you regardless of any alterations made.

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your advice. I will use your link to make order. Also, could you tell me which sash guide I should order? Thanks.
