Channel Balance

A home owner from Honduras says:
I need to replace a channel balance form y Anderson/American Craftsman double hung windows. Previously I used part # 10-186-21-10 when purchasing from Home Depot back in 2014. I can't seem to find anything with this part number any longer.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Can you show us pictures of the balance in question, preferably out of the window? That would help narrow tings down. Many thanks.

A home owner from Honduras says:
Here are the photos as per your request. The numbers stamped on the side of the balance are 21-10. I also believe the letters are FV.

If the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is 22" long, then I think you need either an S351-22 or S390-22. The only difference between these two balances is the nylon shoe depth, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2110.
