Looking for help to replace this window balance.
Have not had any luck identifying it or locating parts.

I believe your bottom nylon fitting on the balance hooks onto a T-Lock pivot shoe like our 1-1/4" wide 15-195. If so, you can use the S795-27 with the 15-195 attachment. The spring weight will be (27E) for a sash weighing between 26-30 lbs. take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
