I believe we can help, but that number only tells us the strength of the balance. To know its identity, please show us picture of any nylon fittings or attachments on either end of the metal channel. We'll do our best to narrow this down from there.

This appears to be either an S380-25 or S385-25, depending on the bottom nylon shoe depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2430.
